Hotel Concierge (Filipino)


We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Hotel Concierge in Kaunas. As a Filipino concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with their needs and inquiries throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation and make reservations as requested by guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Assist with luggage handling and other guest services as needed
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and hours of operation

Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1300 per month

This is a temporary position without accommodation. We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately.
