Hotel Sales Manager (Part-Time)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Almada. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel. You will also handle client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for revenue and occupancy
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Respond to client inquiries and provide them with information on our hotel’s facilities, services, and rates
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure bookings for events or group reservations
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients by providing personalized service and addressing any concerns or issues they may have
- Collaborate with the marketing team in creating promotional materials and campaigns to attract new business
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and present them to management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Flexible schedule including availability on weekends when needed
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
