Part-Time Gardener


We are seeking a passionate and skilled gardener to join our team in Svalbard. As a part-time gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients' homes. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves nature and has a green thumb.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning various types of plants and flowers
- Maintaining lawns and outdoor areas by mowing, weeding, and edging
- Ensuring that all garden tools and equipment are properly maintained
- Identifying pests and diseases in plants and taking appropriate measures to control them
- Collaborating with clients to plan and design new garden layouts or improvements
- Providing advice on plant care, seasonal maintenance, and landscape design

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a gardener or in a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of plant species, their care requirements, and common pests/diseases
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time-management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. However, some weekend work may be required during peak gardening seasons. This job does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
