We are currently hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Oslo. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to perform various tasks such as excavation, grading, and paving. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders.
- Follow safety procedures to ensure the safe operation of equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine proper course of action.
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project goals are met.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, equipment usage, and maintenance logs.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Equipment Operator in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of operating various heavy machinery including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Must be able to work full-time hours and have flexible availability.

Preferred:
- Experience with GPS technology for equipment operation.
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles for troubleshooting equipment issues.
