Indian Waiter in Dickirch

We are hiring an experienced Indian Waiter to join our team at a bustling restaurant in Dickirch. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate orders and offer menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently
- Attend to any additional needs or requests from guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with basic cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages such as Hindi or Konkani is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We offer competitive salary of $1600 per month with potential for tips. This is not an accommodation-included position, so applicants must have their own visa to work in Dickirch.
