Shaper Specialist

As a Shaper Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and cutting materials to precise specifications using various tools and equipment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and dexterity, as well as experience in working with different materials such as wood, metal, or plastic. You will work closely with our design team to bring their ideas to life and ensure the final product meets quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Select appropriate materials for each project
- Use various tools and equipment to shape, cut, and finish materials
- Monitor production process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with designers to discuss project requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in shaping or carpentry
- High attention to detail and precision
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, and sanders
- Experience working with wood, metal, or plastic materials
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Nairobi (preference for Indian applicants)
