Senior Quality Assurance Tester

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Tester to join our growing team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Senior QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through thorough testing and reporting. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in the field and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of software products to identify any bugs or defects
- Create and execute test plans to ensure all aspects of the software are tested
- Document and report any issues found during testing
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Participate in design reviews to provide feedback on potential areas of concern
- Stay updated on industry best practices for software testing and implement them within the team
- Mentor junior testers and assist with their professional development

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium)
- Proficient in creating test plans, test cases, and defect reports
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
