Aerospace Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Kenya. As an Aerospace Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and overseeing the production of aircraft and spacecraft. This role requires a strong background in mathematics, physics, and computer science, as well as experience with engineering software and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing new aircraft and spacecraft using CAD software
- Conducting tests to evaluate the performance of prototypes and make necessary adjustments
- Analyzing data from tests to identify areas for improvement
- Overseeing the production process to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Collaborating with other engineers and professionals to solve technical problems and develop innovative solutions
- Managing project timelines and budgets
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and advancements in technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in aerospace engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, physics, and computer science principles
- Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport or eligibility for obtaining one (if not a Kenyan citizen)
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
