Job Title: Waiter

Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with a passion for customer service? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our restaurant in Manama is seeking a dedicated and motivated Waiter to join our team.

As a Waiter, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will greet and seat customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring tables are clean and properly set up for the next guests.

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, therefore candidates from all countries are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries or concerns with excellent customer service.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before seating new guests.
- Work together with other team members to provide an enjoyable dining experience for our customers.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month.
