DevOps Engineer - Kaunas, Pakistan



We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Kaunas, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary for the development and deployment of software products. The ideal candidate must have experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure, as well as automation tools like Ansible or Puppet. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the development and deployment processes are efficient and scalable. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Urgent hiring for English-speaking candidates with prior experience in DevOps.

As a DevOps Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

- Designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure using tools like AWS or Azure
- Automating software deployment processes using tools like Ansible or Puppet
- Setting up monitoring systems to ensure the availability and performance of applications
- Collaborating with development teams to optimize build, test, and release processes
- Troubleshooting issues related to infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Continuously improving processes to increase efficiency and scalability
- Staying updated on industry trends and implementing best practices in DevOps

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible or Puppet
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
