Teamlead (Contract) - US


We are hiring a highly experienced and motivated Teamlead to join our team in the US. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals, ensuring the successful execution of projects and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a leadership position, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of project management methodologies. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team to achieve project goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders regularly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar leadership role
- Proven track record in successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
