Indian Barista in Bayan - Visa Sponsorship Available


We are seeking an experienced Indian Barista to join our team in Bayan. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and lattes
- Ensure consistent quality of all drinks by following recipes and standards
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders, processing payments, and answering any questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including the espresso machine, coffee grinder, and other equipment
- Restock supplies as needed and keep track of inventory levels
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of different types of coffee drinks
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Willingness to learn new techniques and recipes

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
