Moderator for Online Community in Bergen, Norway


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Moderator to join our dynamic team in Bergen, Norway. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the online community forum, ensuring that all discussions and interactions are respectful and in line with our company's values. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all user-generated content on the online community forum
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure a positive and respectful environment
- Engage with community members to foster discussions and build relationships
- Respond to any inquiries or concerns from community members in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing engagement on the forum
- Keep track of trends and topics within the community to inform content creation

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Moderator or similar role in an online community setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to remain unbiased when moderating discussions and conflicts within the community
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and handling difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have own visa for working in Norway
