We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Ashdod, Kenya. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications and industry standards. This role requires experience in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine project requirements
- Set up and operate welding equipment to weld and fabricate metal components
- Perform various types of welding including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Monitor the welding process to ensure quality control and accuracy
- Conduct visual inspections of welded parts to identify defects or imperfections
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Familiarity with various types of welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physical strength and stamina for standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials

Salary: $1700/month
