We are seeking skilled and experienced Welders to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together using various welding techniques. You will also be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, inspecting welds for quality and accuracy, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Use welding equipment to join metal parts together according to blueprints and specifications
- Inspect welds for quality and accuracy, making any necessary adjustments
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or materials as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Welder or in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with stainless steel or aluminum
- Welding certification or training program completion
