We are in need of a skilled Gardener to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for various gardens and landscapes in the city. Your duties will include planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees, mowing lawns, pruning plants, and ensuring that all outdoor spaces are clean and well-maintained.

To excel in this role, you should have a passion for gardening and a good understanding of plants and their care needs. Previous experience as a Gardener is preferred but not required. A biometric passport is necessary for this position as it involves working outdoors in different locations throughout the city.

Responsibilities:
- Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Maintaining gardens by watering, fertilizing, weeding, and pruning
- Mowing lawns and trimming hedges
- Cleaning outdoor spaces by removing debris and litter
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pests
- Providing recommendations for garden improvements or changes
- Operating gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Gardener is preferred but not required
- Good knowledge of plants and their care needs
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
