Construction Project Manager


We are a leading construction company based in Bayan, seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for a skilled individual who can oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time
- Plan project timelines, milestones, and resources needed for successful completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify any issues or delays, and implement solutions
- Manage project budgets and expenses, including negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate project updates to senior management and clients regularly
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication skills
