Construction Project Manager

We are in search of a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in the city of Bayan. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within specified timeframes and budgets while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other team members to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and contracts
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and progress reports
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, labor, and other project expenses
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in budgeting and cost management
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bayan (Indian nationals preferred)
