Job Title: Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at our restaurant in Isa Town. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments.

Experience:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant or hotel is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus, take orders, and answer any questions about menu items
- Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and accurately
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to any requests or complaints, and ensure that all needs are met
- Handle payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and work station
- Assist with restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in Isa Town without the need for visa sponsorship
- Must have accommodation in or near Isa Town
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month in addition to tips.
