Merchandiser (Malayalee candidates only) - Contract Position in Nakuru, Kenya


We are currently seeking experienced Merchandisers who are fluent in Malayalam to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in retail stores.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about features and benefits to customers
- Ensure that products are displayed attractively and shelves are well-stocked
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to secure prime placement for products
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate sales records
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve sales strategies

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam is a must
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: 1800 USD per month

Location: Nakuru, Kenya (accommodation not provided)
