Floral Designer and Arranger

We are looking for a creative and passionate Floral Designer and Arranger to join our team in Salalah. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and special events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide them with unique and personalized floral designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements based on client preferences and event themes
- Selecting the freshest flowers, plants, and foliage for arrangements
- Arranging flowers in a visually pleasing manner while also ensuring durability
- Providing advice to clients on suitable flowers and designs based on their budget and occasion
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintaining inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Creativity in design with an eye for color, texture, and detail
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina as the job involves standing for long periods
- Own visa or valid work permit in Salalah
- Experience in working with Pakistani or foreign clients preferred

This is a part-time position suitable for experienced individuals who are looking for flexible working hours. Women are encouraged to apply.
