Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced and talented Architecture Manager to join our team in Vianden. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from planning and design to construction and finalization. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in architecture management and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. This is a part-time position suitable for Egyptian nationals or students with flexible schedules.

Salary: 1200$ per month

Country: Luxembourg (preference for Egyptian nationals)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation
- Oversee the design process and ensure that it meets the client's requirements and complies with regulations
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards before finalization
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team
