Welder Technician

We are hiring a skilled Welder Technician to join our team in Nakuru. As a Welder Technician, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks including cutting, joining, and repairing metal parts. This is a full-time job and we welcome both men and women applicants. Knowledge of English is not required for this position, but candidates must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one. The salary for this position starts at 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, and shaping as necessary
- Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards
- Repair any defects or imperfections in the welds
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder Technician or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in operating various welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welders
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Valid biometric passport or willingness to obtain one
