Factory Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our factory to ensure the efficient production of goods. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain factory machines according to standard operating procedures
- Perform quality checks on products produced by the machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the machines
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating factory machinery preferred
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and instructions
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This job is located in Nakuru, Kenya.
