Dietitian - Nutritionist (Malayalee)


We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Dietitian - Nutritionist to join our team in Ajman. This is a contract position, suitable for Malayalees with a passion for nutrition and health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized nutrition counseling and education to clients, developing meal plans, conducting nutrition assessments, and promoting healthy eating habits.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop personalized meal plans for clients based on their individual needs and health goals
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to clients on topics such as weight management, chronic disease management, sports nutrition, food allergies/intolerances, etc.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to meal plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay up-to-date with current research and trends in nutrition and incorporate into practice
- Promote healthy eating habits through group workshops, presentations, or community events
- Maintain accurate documentation of client visits and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited university
- Valid license/certification as a Dietitian/Nutritionist (DHA/HAAD/MOH)
- Fluent in Malayalam language (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively counsel and educate clients
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based nutrition principles
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Experience working with diverse populations preferred but not required

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Ajman, UAE. However, due to current circumstances, remote work may be considered until further notice.
