Seasonal Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team for a seasonal position. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a restaurant management role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This is a 12-pass job with a salary of $1200 per month in the vibrant city of Al Ahmadi. Please note that this is a seasonal job without accommodation. Applicants from African countries are welcome.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules and ensuring smooth service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and take appropriate action to resolve any issues
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
- Develop strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, and maintain repeat business
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of managing teams effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
