- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, staffing, customer service, and financials
- Oversee and train staff members to ensure exceptional service and adherence to company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain proper stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
- Create schedules for staff members based on business needs
- Address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including ordering, inventory management, and financials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with opportunities for growth within the company. This is a temporary position without accommodation provided. However, we do offer a free visa and ticket for international candidates.
