IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations, infrastructure, and systems of our company. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and functionality of our systems, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department and manage a team of IT professionals.
- Develop and maintain an efficient and secure IT infrastructure.
- Evaluate current systems and make recommendations for improvements.
- Implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all systems are regularly backed up and data is secured.
- Manage network security to prevent cyber threats or attacks.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues as needed.
- Provide technical support to employees as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network security, hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 1400$

Location: Ashdod
