We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Os. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Organizing and filing documents
- Assisting with data entry tasks
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
