Software Tester

As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our company's software products. You will work closely with the development team to identify and report any bugs or issues, as well as develop and execute test plans and strategies. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing on software products
- Identify and report any bugs or issues
- Develop and execute test plans and strategies
- Collaborate with development team to ensure product quality
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements
- Keep track of all testing activities and document findings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Software Tester
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing techniques
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Bergen, Norway (preference for local candidates or those with own visa)
