DevOps Developer

The DevOps Developer will be responsible for managing the deployment, automation, and maintenance of our company's software systems. This role requires strong technical skills in development, operations, and automation, as well as experience in managing cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to work full time in our office located in Alta, Norway.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation tools for software deployment and infrastructure management
- Collaborate with developers to optimize code for deployment and performance
- Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure scalability, availability, and security
- Troubleshoot issues related to software deployment and infrastructure
- Continuously monitor system performance and make necessary improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices for DevOps processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a DevOps Developer or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker)
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Biometric passport
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Knowledge of network protocols and security principles
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Salary: $1300 per month
