Formworker Supervisor

As a Formworker Supervisor, you will oversee a team of formworkers in the construction of various structures such as walls, foundations, and columns. Your role will include planning and organizing the team's work schedule, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for training and supervising new employees, as well as conducting safety checks on equipment and worksites. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a formworker and possess strong leadership skills. A solid understanding of construction materials and techniques is also required. This full-time position in Alta offers a salary of $900 per week, along with accommodation. If you have a passion for construction and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, then we encourage you to apply for this role.
