We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of various projects within our company. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring all key deliverables are identified and deadlines are met
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or issues that may affect project outcomes and develop contingency plans
- Communicate with clients or external partners to gather requirements and provide updates on project status
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address any challenges, and maintain team motivation
- Track project expenses and ensure they stay within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Review completed projects for quality assurance and make necessary improvements for future projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry or field
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team towards successful completion of projects
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position. This is a full-time role without accommodation provided.
