Junior Plasterer

We are a reputable construction company looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Plasterer to join our team in Svalbard. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone without prior experience in plastering but with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the trade.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior plasterers with measuring, cutting, and installing drywall
- Mix and apply plaster materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Smooth out and shape plaster using hand tools or machines
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Learn and improve skills through on-the-job training

Requirements:
- No prior experience required but must have basic knowledge of construction tools
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
- Accommodation can be provided if needed, visa sponsorship available for non-Svalbard residents

Salary: Starting at $1400 per month, negotiable based on experience.
