Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Waiter/Waitress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate orders from customers and provide recommendations when needed
- Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Handle payments accurately using POS systems
