Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining complex software applications and systems using the Java programming language.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and maintain software applications using Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Write clean, efficient and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Perform code reviews and suggest improvements
- Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in the industry
- Ensure software meets quality standards and adhere to development processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, JSP/Servlets, JDBC, SQL is required
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location: This is a contract job located in Bergen, Norway. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport for eligibility.
