Architectural Designer (Indian Nationals Only) - Los Angeles, USA


We are a leading architectural design firm based in Los Angeles, USA and we are seeking talented and experienced Indian architectural designers to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings for each project
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with contractors during the construction phase to ensure design specifications are met
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an architectural designer
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Strong design skills with a creative mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with other benefits such as free visa sponsorship and airfare ticket.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
