We are a leading steel fabrication company in Bungoma, Philippines looking for an experienced Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various turning machines to shape and cut metal pieces according to specific requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate turning machines such as lathes, grinders, and drills
- Read technical drawings and blueprints to determine required specifications
- Determine appropriate cutting speeds, feeds, and depths of cuts
- Inspect finished products for conformance to specifications
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Turner in a steel fabrication or manufacturing setting
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with various turning machines such as lathes, grinders, and drills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if needed
