Junior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Clairvaux. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with our Senior Architects to assist in the design and development of commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for architecture and a desire to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating conceptual designs and presentations for commercial projects
- Collaborate with Senior Architects to develop detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors to ensure project progress and quality standards are met
- Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques to ensure compliance with regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
