We are a rapidly growing architectural firm based in Clairvaux, seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that align with their business goals
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members of diverse backgrounds

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position. This is a contract job without accommodation provided. We welcome applicants from all nationalities but proficiency in English is preferred.
