Junior Architectural Technologist in Siauliai, Lithuania


We are a fast-growing architectural firm based in Siauliai and we are currently seeking a talented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, planning and construction of various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of architecture and grow within a dynamic company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing project designs and plans
- Prepare detailed drawings and models using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and surveyors
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Lithuanian is considered an asset

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position.
