Heavy Equipment Operator



A Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. They work on construction sites, road projects, and other industrial or commercial projects to move materials, excavate land, and complete other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to job site requirements and project plans
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project efficiency
- Inspect equipment for any potential issues or malfunctions before use
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to project deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary repairs or adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Washington, USA. Candidates from India or Nepal are preferred but all qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Accommodation:
