As an Architecture Manager for our firm in Oslo, Norway, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, and accommodation can be provided if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural plans and designs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it meets quality standards, budget, and timeline
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into projects
- Review project proposals, contracts, and budgets to ensure feasibility

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws in Norway

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as an Architecture Manager in Norway or another Nordic country is preferred but not required.
- Experience working on sustainable design projects.
