Job Title: Senior Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architecture Manager to join our growing team in Os. As the Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects from conception to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers in the development of architectural plans, designs, and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements and develop project proposals accordingly.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Oversee the entire construction process to ensure that the design is implemented accurately.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Review and approve all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale architectural projects.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software.
