Indian Concierge in Jerusalem

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Indian Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Jerusalem. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and other activities
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Keep lobby area clean and tidy at all times
- Assist with luggage handling as needed
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Handle cash transactions for guest services

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and events
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with accommodation provided by the hotel.
