Indian Concierge in Jerusalem - Visa Sponsorship Available


We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Indian Concierge to join our team in Jerusalem. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests and residents. You will serve as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries, ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Monitor security cameras to ensure the safety of guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hebrew is a plus)
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and events
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Jerusalem (visa sponsorship available for non-Israeli citizens)
