Location: Ashdod, Israel


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and other commercial structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements while also adhering to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Create design concepts for commercial buildings that meet client's needs and comply with building codes
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and effective
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved plans
- Conduct site visits to evaluate progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in commercial architecture and incorporate them into designs when appropriate
- Review proposed changes to design or construction plans and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1200 USD/month
