Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Al-Rayyan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality and profitability of the restaurant. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of the food industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Create schedules for employees and ensure proper staffing levels to meet business needs.
- Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure profitability.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an asset).
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and financial reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Understanding of food safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
