Restaurant Manager

Our busy restaurant in Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Create employee schedules and ensure adequate coverage
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

We offer competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position. This job is open to candidates from Egypt or Kenya who have valid work permits for Qatar. Accommodation is not provided but we offer free visa sponsorship and air ticket for selected candidates.
