Commercial Architect



We are seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Acre. This position is open to Malayalees, foreigners, and individuals with no English language requirements or prior experience in the field.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial buildings
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong understanding of design principles, building materials, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Acre (option for remote work may be available)
